Traveling from out of town? Make sure you use Digital Summit’s exclusive HotelMap, which gives our attendees access to discounted rates throughout Las Vegas.

You can request a refund three weeks prior to the event.

Deadline for the Digital Summit in Las Vegas is February 14, 2024.  You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until Day 1 of the event. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event.

If you require special assistance (dietary requests, nursing moms, accessibility, allergies, etc.), please contact registration@digitalsummit.com to provide advance notice by February 12, 2024.

You'll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual.

Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

From Harry Reid International Airport

  • Turn left on East Tropicana Road and make a right turn onto Koval Lane.

  • Make a left onto East Flamingo Road and a right turn onto Las Vegas Boulevard.

  • The main entrance will be located on your right-hand side.

There are two enclosed, self-park garages. The Venetian parking garage is located behind the hotel and can be accessed from the Las Vegas Boulevard and Koval Lane entrances. The Palazzo parking garage is located on Las Vegas Boulevard and Sands Avenue.

The daily fee for registered hotel guests is $18/day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, rates start at $15 for up to four hours, Monday-Thursday. Four to 24 hours is $18, Monday-Thursday. The fee for non-hotel guests is $23/day Friday-Sunday.

Valet is located in the main entrance of both The Venetian and The Palazzo as well as at the Grand Canal Shoppes® through The Venetian parking garage.

Valet parking remains $35/day.

Bell Trans

  • Return rides must be booked 24 hours in advance, no exceptions
  • Hours of Operation: 3:30am - 1:00am, 7 days a week
  • Price: $15 per person ($30 round trip)
  • Terminal 1 pick-up: Outside door #8 to the right
  • Terminal 3 pick-up: Outside door #51 

All In Shuttle

  • Hours of Operation: 7:00am-10:00pm, 7 days a week
  • Price: $14 from Harry Reid International Airport to The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas
  • $13 from The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas to Harry Reid International Airport
  • Terminal 1 pick-up: outside door #11
  • Terminal 3 pick-up: level 0

Registration kicks off at 8:30am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly.

Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.

Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!
